On the side.....

I am addicted to "condiments".....for all of you out there who loved When Harry Met Sally, that is me! I love things "on the side" in food and in life. I like to have a variety of choices and combinations, tastes and celebrations. I want to share a few things "on the side" today.

So here goes.....Your comments and feedback are WELCOME!

I am having a birthday this week, yes the aging process continues. Why is it that by the time you need to worry about "anti-aging" cream, it feels as it you have already missed the boat? That you were supposed to start thinking about this in your 20's. hmmmm.

My dear husband, always gets tormented by me in the weeks before my birthday. I often tease him about my gift or gifts, asking him to tell me what it is, give it to me early, or alternately pretending that I don't need a gift at all...............THAT IS REALLY NOT TRUE. As I have learned in The Love Languages book, the gifts giving is very important to me. I keep asking Robert to write me a poem.....it hasn't happened yet. So I tried to give him an easy way out, and offered a Haiku, but he didn't like that choice either. So I will have to let you know what happens.
